Peacefully passed away at the Sault Area Hospital on Thursday, March 4, 2021 at the age of 75 years.
Beloved wife of Tony for 35 years. Cherished mother of Danny (Sherry), Carol (Richard), Ronnie (Lorissa) and Shaun (Cathy) Dunn. Stepmother of Kim Grazulis (Herb). Special grandmother of Samantha Moore (Matt), Josh Dunn (Brianna), Shauna Smith (Tyler), Cody and Stephanie Dunn, late Jacob, and Shawn McCall. Great grandmother of Jax and Mia Moore and Dreden and Payton Grenier. Predeceased by her parents Ron and Ruth McDonald. Loved sister of Betty Pascall (Lenard). Joan will be missed by her many nieces, nephews and extended family.
Friends and family are invited to visit at Northwood Funeral Home Cremation and Reception Centre (942 Great Northern Rd, 705-945-7758) on Monday, March 8, 2021 from 10:00 a.m. until 11:30 a.m. Due to the current pandemic there is a maximum attendance restriction of 40 attendees in the funeral home at one time. Mandatory for everyone is the use of masks, hand sanitizer and physical distancing of 2 meters unless members of the same household.
A private Memorial Service will be held. Memorial donations to the SAH Critical Care Fund would be appreciated by the family. Special thank you to the SAH ICU Doctors and Nurses for their care and compassion.
