Predeceased by his father Ronald Gouge and his mother Rhea Gouge Holm. Beloved ‘big’ brother of Jocelyn St. Pierre (Leo) and Paul Gouge. Uncle to Renée, Jason, Candice and Adam. Great uncle to Jacob-Tyler, Jaze, Cooper, Ivy and Desiree. Special friend of Charlie Kutvonen. David will be missed by his many aunts, uncle and cousins.

Special thanks from Jocelyn go out to Chuck, your visits and calls were especially appreciated by David and myself as they made David’s day better each time you called or visited. He thought very highly of you and told me so many times. Thanks to Kathy for making the trip to come and see Dave, as it brightened his days when you were here visiting. Special thanks to Renée for being there when her uncle and myself needed her the most. Thanks to the Bayshore Nurses, Leah and Jeff, Dr.’s Rassoulli, Booth, and Apostle, Paula and all the nurses and the Chemo Clinic. As per David’s request, there will be no funeral service. There will be a Celebration of Life that will be announced at a later date. David was very thankful for the help from Tracy’s Dream and would appreciate any memorial donations be applied there or to any charity of your choice.
