Peacefully at the General Hospital on Thursday, October 14, 2004 at the age of 74 years. Beloved husband and best friend of Sandra for 46 years. Loving father and father-in-law of; Steven, Terry and Chantal. Cherished grandpa of Spencer and Tanner. Brother and brother-in-law of Betty and George Cairns, Jack and Maxine Giddings. Brother-in-law of Marylin and Joe Ryan, Diane Hank Bates. He will be remembered by his nieces and nephews. Friends may call at the Northwood Funeral Home (942 Great Northern Road 945-7758) on Monday evening from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. Funeral service in the chapel on Tuesday, October 19, 2004 at 10 a.m. with Mr. Floyd Edwards officiating. Memorial donations made to the Canadian Cancer Society or the Sault Area Hospital Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
