William John Gavan passed away in his 84th year on Wednesday, July 31, 2002 in Toronto. Now at peace with his loving wife, the late Violet Gavan (Maki). Best friend and loving father of Gwen Clarke (Patrick) of Sault Ste. Marie, Bill Gavan Jr.) friend Marta) of Toronto, Adele Stratton (friend Tony) of Ottawa and Allan Gavan (Karen) of Toronto. Cherished grandfather of Kimberly Liguori (Frank) and Darrin Grosso (Susan) of Sault Ste. Marie, Adam Stratton (Monica) and Amber Stratton of Ottawa. Loving great grandfather of Kelsey and Shannon of Sault Ste. Marie and Alison and Melanie of Toronto. A private celebration of his life will be held in Sault Ste. Marie by the immediate family.
