Peacefully, after a courageous struggle at the Plummer Memorial Hospital at the age of 72 years. Beloved husband and best friend of Maria. Loving father of Tony (Patti), Connie Chiarello (Salvatore), Lorenzo (Nita) and Anna Maione (Lio). Precious Nanno of Anthony and Alyssa Garofalo, Pat and Kristina Chiarello, Tianna and Cassandra Maione and Albert and Marie Garofalo. Son of the late Antonio and Conchetta Garofalo. Brother of Nilda Francella (Antonio), Frank (Ada), Maria-Luisa Manza (Maurino) and the late Dora Mauro (late Sam). Son-in-law of the late Agostino and Anna Gioia. Brother-in-law of Frank Gioia (Franca). Fondly remembered by many nieces and nephews. Friends may call at the Northwood Funeral Home (942 Great Northern Road 945-7758) on Monday evening from 6 to 9 pm. Funeral Mass at Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church on Tuesday December 30, 2003 at 11 am with Reverend Victor Amadio officiating. Entombment at the Holy Sepulchre Cemetery Mausoleum.
