GAGNÉ, Mary “Mae”

Passed away with family by her side at the Sault Area Hospital on Wednesday, April 26, 2017 in her 78th year. Beloved wife of Del for 60 years. Much loved mother of Sheila Mitchell (Phillip), Bonita Trecroce (Alex), Kim Cyr (Bob), Bert, Gene (Shawna), late Lloyd and the late Darrel. Special “potlicker” Gram of Gary Gagne (Katrina), Andrea Haley (Andrew), Miranda Lee (Greg), Melissa Hurley and Mikaela Gagne. Proud great Gram of the littlest “potlicker” Thomas Haley. Daughter of the late Leo and Lucy Pichette. Oldest sister of Doreen Morin (Gordon), Isabell Hamlyn (Mel), Maureen Daigle (Clem), Pauline Seguin (Bob), Barry Pichette (Bernadine), Terry Pichette, Margaret Sarrazin (Paul), Marilyn Bruzas (Peter), late Fidelis Hebert (Angus), late Jimmy Pichette and the late Gordon Pichette. Sister-in-law of Yvonne Sennett (late Elroy), late Jimmy Gagné, late Jean Hammond (late Wally), late Mary Shears (late Joe) and the late Joey Gagné. Aunt of many nieces and nephews. Friends are invited to visit at Immaculate Heart of Mary Catholic Church (Garden River) on Saturday, April 29, 2017 from 11 am until time of the Funeral Mass at 12 pm. Rev. Jean Pierre Mukuna officiating. A Come & Go Celebration of Mae’s life will follow at the Bar River Hall from 2 – 4 pm. Interment Maple Leaf Cemetery at a later date.
