Passed away peacefully at ARCH in her 91st year. Predeceased by her husband, Antonio. Cherished and devoted mother of Frank (Rita) and Carlo (Karen). Loving and proud nanna of Stephanie Francella-Stephen (Noel), Anthony (Justine Fraser), Katrina, Lisa Rajkumar (Izac), Amy (Tyson Zorzit) and Carrie (Cole Jenkinson). Great grandmother of Giacomo and Nicco Stephen. Daughter of the late Antonio and late Concetta Garofalo. Daughter in law of late Francesco and late Teresa Francella. Adorded sister of late Dorina Mauro (late Sam), late Albert Garofalo (Maria), Frank Garofalo (Ada) and Maria-Luisa Manza (Maurino). Sister in law of Pietrino Francella (Rosina), Evelina Mauro (Gino), Maria Bruno (Gaetano), late Rita Naccarato (Eugenio), late Eugenio (Sara), Lina Aloe (late Franco), Rosetta Ferrari (Vittorio), Silvanna Sammarco (Sam), Giovanni Francella (Marilena) and late Rosa Francella. She will be missed by many special nieces and nephews. The family would like to thank all the doctors and nurses at the Sault Area Hospital Emergency Department and on 3C for all their care and compassion, the staff at ARCH and to the Finnish Rest Home and her family and friends there that made her feel so welcomed. A Funeral Mass will be held on Tuesday February 19, 2019 at Holy Family Parish (208 Prentice Ave) at 11 a.m. Entombment to take place at Holy Sepulchre.
