It is with great sadness we announce Antonio’s “Totonno’s” passing on Saturday, February 16, 2013 in his 83rd year at the Sault Area Hospital. He will be greatly missed by Nilda, his loving wife and soul mate for 58 years.  Cherished and devoted father of Frank (Rita) and Carlo (Karen).  Loving and proud nono of Stephanie Francella-Stephen (Noel), Anthony, Katrina, Lisa, Amy and Carrie.  Special nanu of Giacomo and Nicco Stephen.  Son of the late Francesco and late Teresa Francella.  Son-in-law of the late Antonio and late Concetta Garofalo.  Adored brother of Pietrino (Rosina), Evelina Mauro (Gino), Maria Bruno (Gaetano), late Rita Naccarato (Eugenio), late Eugenio (Sara), Lina Aloe (late Franco), Rosetta Ferrari (Vittorio), Silvanna Sammarco (Sam), Giovanni (Mariliena) and the late Rosa Francella.  Adored brother-in-law of the late Dorina, late Sam Mauro, late Albert Garofolo (Maria), Frank Garofalo (Ada) and Maria-Luisa Manza (Maurino).  He will be missed by many special nieces and nephews.  He will be remembered with great fondness and affection by all his family and friends of whom he always assisted with his construction and gardening skills.  He found great pleasure in extending a helping hand to anyone. Friends may call at Northwood Funeral Home Cremation & Reception Centre (942 Great Northern Road 705-945-7758) on Tuesday evening from 6 to 9 p.m.  Funeral mass at St. Gregory’s Church on Wednesday, February 20, 2013 at 10 a.m.  with Reverend Ron Ambeault officiating.  Entombment at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery Mausoleum.  Memorial donations to Heart & Stroke of Ontario, Canadian Diabetes Association or charity of your choice would be appreciated by the family.  Antonio fought hard these past four years and we have so many people to thank for their care, support and compassion.  Thank you to Dr. Febbraro, all of the nurses and personal support workers on 1B at SAH, especially Sonia Bennardo-Blonda.  Special thanks to Lee-Anne and staff at the anti-coagulation clinic and RN Lori Rose, all the staff of the Community Care Access Centre and the Red Cross.
