Born July 5, 1935, passed peacefully on Wednesday, December 6, 2017 with family by her side at Sault Area Hospital. Proud mother of Helen (Bob), Ashburn; Robert (Micheline), Denis (Shelagh), Margaret Rose (Dale), and Lisa (Daniel). Loving Grandmother of Shawn, James, Michael, Sunnie Lynn, Adam, Daniel, Mathew, Jessica, Alexandre, Shinea, Richard, Alan, Abigail. Loving great grandmother and aunt to her beloved great grandchildren and nieces and nephews. Friends may visit at the Arthur Funeral Home – Barton & Kiteley Chapel (492 Wellington St. E. 705-759-2522) on Saturday, December 9, 2017 from 10 am until 11:30 am. with Funeral Mass at St. Gerard Majella at 12 pm. Special thanks to her physicians who helped her over the past few years with a very special thank you to Dr. Reich who's individual care and attention was greatly appreciated by both Margaret and her family. The family is also very appreciative of Susan and Cyndi from Bayshore and Lisa from Comfort Keepers who's care allowed her to remain in her own home. Our mother was a source of strength whose determination and fighting spirit gave her the ability to continue to be in our lives when the odds told us she wouldn't be. She gave all she had and amazed us to the end.
