Edith (Sis, nee Humphries) Fewchuk passed away peacefully at the General Hospital on Sunday, October 20, 2002 with her family by her side. Loving wife of the late Mike Fewchuk. Beloved mother of Ted (Nancy) and Bill Frenette (Boyd). Cherished grandmother of Peter, Sarah, Darcy and David. Special aunt to Darlene Buck (Skip), Joan Filek, Diane Dias and Nick Fewchuk. Her parents Charles and Elizabeth Humphries and brother Ed Humphries predeceased Edith. All who knew her loved Edith. A funeral service was held at the Arthur Funeral Home & Cremation Centre on Wednesday, October 23 with Mrs. Janet Norman officiating. Interment at Greenwood Cemetery. The family would appreciate memorial donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or the Sault Area Hospitals Oncology Unit. Special thanks to the doctors and nurses who assisted with our Mom's care.
