ESPOSITO, Rosaria “Rose” - After a short but courageous battle, it is with broken hearts we announce the passing of our dear wife, mother, nana, daughter, sister, aunt, cousin and friend, Rose, on Sunday, August 18, 2019 at the age of 66. Rose is survived by her loving husband Domenic of 49 years, her children Louie (Amy), Mike (Cheryl), Maria Cavaliere (Chris) and David and the joys of her life, her grandchildren Ethan & Alexis and Kylie & Drew Esposito and Olivia & Emily Cavaliere.  Rose is also survived by her father Bruno Chiarello and is now reunited with her angel, her mother Carmela. Special daughter-in-law of the late Luigi and late Maria Esposito of Italy. Dear sister of Frank Chiarello (Micheline) and Enzo Chiarello (Sue). Sister-in-law of Dina Melchiorre (late Daniele) and many others in Italy. Rose will be sadly missed by many nieces, nephews, aunts, cousins and friends both in Italy and Sault Ste. Marie.  She was a long-time employee of the Sault Area Hospital. Rose was a selfless woman who always put the needs of others before her own.  She was and continues to be the rock and the foundation of our family.  She adored her grandchildren and was so very proud of their accomplishments.  On any given night you could find Rose at the hockey rink, dance studio or the football or soccer field cheering her babies on. Her light will continue to shine through them.  Rose’s legacy of bringing the family together and her endless love of taking and documenting her family will continue to live on.  Friends and family are invited to visit at Northwood Funeral Home Cremation and Reception Centre (942 Great Northern Rd, 705-945-7758) on Thursday, August 22, 2019 from 5:00 p.m. to 8 p.m. Funeral Mass to be held at Precious Blood Cathedral on Friday, August 23, 2019 at 11:00 a.m. with Father Hamish Currie officiating.  Entombment Holy Sepulchre Cemetery Mausoleum. Memorial donations to the SAH Foundation or the BC Women’s Health Foundation for Cervical Cancer Research would be appreciated. A special thank you to the entire staff at the SAH for providing exceptional care and compassion to Rose and our family for the last couple of months.

Rest in Peace our dear, sweet guardian angel.
