Passed away peacefully with family by her side at Sault Area Hospital on Sunday, March 17, 2019 at the age of 65. Beloved wife of Robert "Lynn" Elliott. Cherished mother of Greg, Stacy (Darren) and Megan. Proud Grammy of Owyn, Elli, Domenic, Alexander and Morgan. Predeceased by her parents Lloyd and Gladys Reid. Dear sister of David Reid (Betsy), Ken Reid (Kathy) and Doug Reid (Althea). Daughter-in-law of the late Bob and late Doris Elliott. Sister-in-law of the late Bruce Elliott, Tim (Linda), Larry (Cheryl), Gary (Connie) and the late Janet Belair (Danny). Shirley will be fondly remembered and missed by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Shirley had a passion for flowers and was known for her beautiful garden at camp. She loved to be in the kitchen and you could often find her making her famous soup for the family. She also had a talent for sewing and crafts. Friends are invited to visit at the Legion Hall (upstairs) for a Celebration of Life on Saturday, March 23, 2019 from 1 pm until 4 pm. A private family internment will take place. A special thank you to Dr. Landry and all the nurses in ICU for their care and compassion. Memorial contributions (payable by cheque) to Sault Ste.
