Marion "Maid Marion", "Little Mom" Edwards passed away peacefully at the Tendercare Nursing Home on Saturday, March 2, 2002 at the age of 89. Predeceased by her loving husband Lee. Cherished mother of Shirlee Cardiff (Allen). Beloved grandmother of Martha Clare, Andrew Lee, Ian Thomas and Marion Jane Cardiff. Special sister of the late Clare, Jean and Don Douglas. Sister-in-law of Mary Douglas. Loving aunt of Grace Wilding Dave), Jean Clement (Bob), Ruth DiStasi (Frank), Lois Shaw (Mark) and John Douglas (Jane). Marion will be sadly missed by all her family. Friends may call at the Arthur Funeral Home on Friday, Mar. 8 from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. The funeral service will be held in the chapel on Saturday, Mar. 9 at 10:30 a.m. with Mr. Rod Alton officiating. Memorial contributions to Canadian Sunday School Mission (CSSM), Alzheimer's Day Away Program, Parkinson Support Group or to Focus on the Family would be appreciated.
