DONAGHUE, Dale

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dale Donaghue at the General Hospital on Sunday October 26, 2003 with his family by his side. Much loved husband and best friend of Betty for 43 years. Much loved father and forever in our hearts of Kerry Beacock (Chris) and Marnie Gill (Bob). Proud and caring Poppa of Tara (Darcy), Brooke and Cole. Loving son of Milicent Reed and the late Charles Donaghue. Cherished brother of Trice Hamor (John), Leona Erickson (Hilding), Russell Donaghue (Fran), Wanda Celetti (Mario), Dwight Donaghue (Sharon), Becky McGoldrick (Joe), Herbie Fuller (Lynn) and the late Ada Bell. Son-in-law of the late Doris and Milton Vancoughnett. Good friend and brother-in-law of Bob Vancoughnett (Peg), Rene Ratelle and the late John, Lorne and Tom Vancoughnett. Uncle of many nieces and nephews. Dale will be sadly missed by many friends. Friends may call at the Northwood Funeral Home (942 Great Northern Road 945-7758) on Wednesday October 29, 2003 from 11 am until time of funeral service in the Chapel at 2 pm with Reverend Bruce McLeish officiating. Interment at Greenwood Cemetery. Memorial donations made to the Ontario Heart and Stroke Foundation would be greatly appreciated by the family. The family would like to send a special thank you to the General Hospital I.C.U. nurses for their special care of Dale and also a thank you to all of Dale’s family and friends for their support. “An amazing husband, father, poppa and friend, now our angel has gone to take care of us. We love you now, always and forever”.
Members of the Masonic Lodge are requested to assemble at the Northwood Funeral Home on Wednesday at 1:45 pm for a memorial service for the late Dale Donaghue.
