It is with great sorrow that the family of Anna Dionisi announces her peaceful passing at the Sault Area Hospital on Wednesday, March 29, 2017 in her 95th year. Daughter of the late James and late Lillian Mills of Duff Road, Bruce Mines. Devoted wife of the late Anthony “Tony” Dionisi. Anna will be greatly missed by her children Tony (Liz), John and Michael (Hannele). Nana Anna will be fondly remembered by her grandchildren Lisa Dionisi Whitehead (Tim), Paul, Michele, Ashley, Jonathon, Mitchell and Kyle. Predeceased by her brothers: Stan (late Eve), Lynn (late Irene), John (Marjorie) and Alvin. Sister-in-law of the late Angela Mandolesi (late Bert), Louise Fabbro (late Tillio), late Leah Mei (late Fulvio), late Elsie Belsito (late Angelo), late Robert (late Flora) and the late Edward. Anna was devoted to her faith, friends and was a longtime member of Westminster Presbyterian Church. She was a charter member of the Kinette Club. Anna approached each day with a grateful heart and was generous and kind to all. Anna was a talented cook, loved to spend time with family and enjoyed her daily coffee visits with the Tim Horton’s gang. Family and friends are invited to visit at the Arthur Funeral Home & Cremation Centre on Wednesday, April 5, 2017 from 5 – 8 pm. Funeral Service to be held at Westminster Presbyterian Church on Thursday, April 6, 2017 at 11 am. Rev. John Wilson officiating. On behalf of her family, thank you to the nursing staff and doctors of the Emergency Department and 3A for their compassionate and excellent care of our mother. Thank you also to the staff of Collegiate Heights which she proudly called home.
