DIAMANTINI, Marlene

After a courageous and valiant battle, our beautiful daughter Marlene went to be with our Lord. Precious daughter of Cookie and Giuliano Diamantini.  Beloved sister of Melisa. Marlene leaves behind her aunts and uncles: Ross (Maria) Caputo, Enza Caputo, Pina Caputo, Eva (Peter) Aceti, Anna (Gianni) Fronzi. She also leaves behind her cousins Luke, Lindsay, Mandy, Rita, Cathy, her God parents Gasper and Maria Rino and her best friends Michelle and John Martella, and Ron Baily. Marlene was artistically talented but gave her art work to friends. She was an avid believer in exercise and good health as a member of Good Life. Marlene loved the sun and enjoyed the warm weather especially in Florida and enjoying a meal at her favorite restaurant DeRomos. She worked as a dental hygienist in the Sault, Ottawa and Michigan. After many years she decided to change careers to IT where she presently worked in the same building with her sister at OLG. Friends may call at the Arthur Funeral Home & Cremation Centre on Friday, September 30, 2016 from 11 am until 1:30 pm. Funeral Mass to be celebrated from St. Gerard Majella Catholic Church at 2 pm. Rev. Francis Ezenezi officiating. Entombment Holy Sepulchre Mausoleum. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions to ARCH or the charity of your choice would be appreciated by the family. A big thank you to her OLG family for their constant love and support and the nurses at Bayshore and ARCH for their care and compassion.
