It is with profound sadness we announce that Joe Di Maria passed away suddenly and unexpectedly at the Sault Area Hospital at the age of 66 on Friday December 4th, 2020 in his hometown of Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario.
Preceded in death by loving parents Cleto Di Maria, Anna Di Maria and beloved brother James Di Maria. In loving memory, Joe is survived by his siblings Danny Di Maria and Laura Di Maria. He was deeply loved and will be missed by Natasha Hill (Dool) Triston Dool, Cliff Arnill, Auston Rivard, Aumi Rivard and Brevan Arnill. Joe is also survived by many relatives in Canada, USA, Michigan, and Italy. Especially special to Joe, his Zia Laura
Joe had a natural ability to make everyone comfortable in his presence with his great sense of humor. Joe will be dearly missed by his loved ones and forever in our hearts.
Joe, I will cherish the moments we shared.
Go in peace my big brother, your heavenly family awaits to welcome you into Heaven. You are now an Angel in Heaven watching over us. Forever in our hearts you will live.

Due to the current circumstances a private family graveside service was be held to lay Joe to rest on Tuesday January 12th, 2021 at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery.
