Peacefully at the General Hospital with his family by his side on Sunday, July 18, 2004 in his 89th year. Beloved husband and companion for 65 year of Jean. Loving father of Garry (Beverley) and Allan (Margaret). Jack will be sadly missed and fondly remembered by his grandchildren, Christine, Sean, Darren, Meaghan and Claire. Jack is the dear brother of Peggy Lynch and Joan Oknianski, brother-in-law of Mary DeCourcy and uncle of many nieces and nephews. He is now reunited with sisters Marie (Ricciatti), Daisy, Louise (Gallivan), Patricia, Gerry and Theresa, and brothers Joe, Alex and Ernie. At Jack's request, there will be no visitation. Family and friends are invited to come and remember Jack on Thursday, July 22, 2004 at St. Jerome's Parish (26 Carmel Road) at 11 am. Rev. Hamish Currie officiating. Jack and his family appreciate the care given to him by the nursing staff at Great Northern Retirement Home and the General Hospital (200Y).
