John Alexander (Jack) Davidson passed away peacefully at his home with his wife by his side after a short and courageous battle with ALS on Thursday, May 9, 2002 in his 73rd year. Beloved husband and companion for over 50 years to Catherine Davidson. Dear father of Catherine Amesbury, Jack (Angela), Brian and Dianne Collin (Scott). Proud grandfather of 4. John is survived by his sister Betty Hutchinson (late Paul), and brothers Don and Chuck. Friends may call at the Arthur Funeral Home & Cremation Centre on Monday, May 13, 2002 from 11:00 a.m. until time of the funeral service in the chapel at 1:00 p.m. with Rev. Mr. Bob Fex officiating. Memorial contributions to the ALS Society would be appreciated by the family.
