Peacefully, with his wife Annette Bougie, of 42 years by his side, on Sunday, August 18, 2019 at the Algoma Residential Community Hospice. Loving father of Matthew (Jessica) and Amanda (Shawn Edwards). Proud Papa of Chelsey, Maggie, Eddie, Atley, Madison, Alyssa, Cooper and Colton. Beloved son of Jean Cripps (late Michael). Son-in-law of the late Stanley and the late Enes Bougie. Edward will be deeply missed by all his "garage buddies", especially his brother Allan and Johnny Pezzutto. He will also be missed by his brothers, sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, cousins, nieces, nephews and numerous friends. A Celebration of Life for Edward will be held on Friday, August 23, 2019 at the Delta Hotel - Brule Room (208 St. Mary's River Dr.) from 4 pm to 8 pm. Memorial donations (payable by cheque) to ARCH or to the charity of your choice would be appreciated. The family would like to thank the staff at ARCH, Dr. Nikki Apostle, Dr. Pearce and his radiation team for the compassion that they extended to Edward in his final days.
