Gayle V. Crabb, formerly of Sault Ste. Marie Michigan, passed away unexpectedly at his home at Diamond Lake, Desbarats, Ontario on Sunday March 24, 2002 at the age of 72. Born in Adrian, Michigan on April 9, 1930 and raised in Midland Michigan where he graduated from Midland High School in 1948. Survived by his loving wife Sandra of Desbarats, Ontario, son Brad (Bonnie) of Sault Ste. Marie, Michigan, son Kirk (Betty) of Cottage Grove, Minnesota. Cherished grandfather of Kirk (Casey), Blake, Glenna and Brooke. Great grandfather of Chase and Jane. Dear brother of Darryl (Mary) Crabb of Midland, Michigan. Son in law of Captain Thomas and Jane Hanson of Sun City Centre Florida. Also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins. Gayle attended the Sault Branch Michigan Tech (Lake Superior State University) and graduated from Michigan State University. He was employed as a Civil Engineer with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers at the Sault Locks for 28 years and retired May 3, 1985. Friends may call at
