It is with great sadness that our family announces the passing of our mother Pauline on November 23, 2020. We are at peace knowing she has reunited with her loving husband Ken.

Cherished mother of Terry (Nancy) of Port Perry, Jane Mason (late Les) (Dale Crockford) of Thessalon, Tim (Sue) of London and Pam Coventry (Rick) of Thessalon.

Mom has left her grandchildren and great grandchildren with such wonderful memories. Stephanie, Matthew and Ann (Justin, Kevin and Aaron), Sarah and Richard (Joanna, Sadie and Punks), Tim and Patti (Katie), Rhonda and Carey (Brady, Mason and Brett), Melissa and Brad (Rocco and Scarlett), Cassandra and Sean (Jack, Nora and Connor), Ken and Caitlyn, Craig and Halli and Emily and Jason will miss her immensely.

Mom hailed from Bruce Mines, born to Robert and Maggie (Smyth) Tees. Predeceased by her loving siblings Dave (Zena), Joe (Annie), Ada (Cliff), Cora (Mans), Doug (Fay), Alan (Olive), Jack (Thelma), Catherine (Jim) and Gregor (Nonnie).

Treasured sister-in-law of Margaret and Richard Metcalfe and Elizabeth and Jim Cameron. Fun-loving Aunt to many nieces and nephews …she cherished each and every one of you xoxo.

A special thank you to all of mom’s friends and relatives who spent time with her in person or on the phone. We know she made it into her 97th year because of your love and support. Many thanks to Andrew Metcalfe and the staff on Apple 2 at the FJ Davey Home for the wonderful care and friendships received while mom lived there. She thought the world of you all. A huge thank-you to the Doctors, nurses and staff at the Lakeridge Health Centre in Port Perry for the compassion given to mom during her final weeks.

Memorial donations may be made through the O’Sullivan Funeral Home to the Royal Canadian Legion – Poppy Fund, NSHNF – Thessalon Site (Hospital) or the FJ Davey Home Foundation would be gratefully appreciated by the family. Cremation has taken place and a private funeral will be held at a later date.
