Passed away peacefully surrounded by family at the Sault Area Hospital on Sunday, August 11. 2019 at the age of 93. June was the daughter of Emily Marie (Ormiston) and Edmund Milton. She was born in Sault Ste. Marie and lived there all of her life. She was a devoted wife to Wallace until his passing in 1998 and a full time mother to her five children; Wallace Jr. (Marie), the late Catherine (Ken (Dawn)), Eddie (Debbie), Tom (Rita), and Kerry. She was very proud of her nine grandchildren; Kirsti, Ryan, Miguel, Cynthia, Jason, Tiana, Emily, Rebecca and Mitchell. Loving great grandmother of Jordan, Nathan, Vivian, Tlell, Rio, Ben, Sean, David and Jack. Dear sister of Marion (late Barry) late George, late Ada, and late Ed. June and Wally were active Legion members and spent many Friday nights there dancing and socializing with good friends. June also enjoyed her volunteer time with the Legion ladies. A private family funeral was held at Arthur Funeral Home - Barton & Kiteley Chapel (492 Wellington St. E. 705-759-2522). Memorial contributions (payable by cheque) to the Sault Area Hospital Foundation or a charity of your choice would be appreciated.
