It is with broken hearts, we announce the peacefully passing of Megan Kathryn Clarke, surrounded by her family, on December 20th at the age of 46 after a brief illness.

Left to mourn are her parents Linda Clarke (late Pat) and Gary Barnes. Her precious son Dylan David Brown and her extended family. Megan was the special niece of: Auntie Jill Gervais, Aunt Wendy Clarke-Gray, Aunt Kirsten Clarke-Roy and Uncle K.C. Clarke. She loved her fave cousins, Jody Gervais, Jason Gervais, Tyler Berath and her special girl Olivia Johnston.  She held a special place in her heart for all her other cousins.

Megan was so loved by her friends and family.  She was a kind and gentle girl and always believed in helping those less fortunate.  She will be missed by many, especially her buddy Jeffery.

Megan loved to reminisce about past Christmas’ spent with Grandma Mary and the Ritza family as well as wonderful New Year’s Eve gatherings, the lighting of the large bonfires at midnight with the Ruzyski and Brescacin families at Searchmont.  Thank you all for loving her.

We would like to give a heartfelt thank all who cared for Megan at the Sault Area Hospital.  The nurses who kept her comfortable, the wonderful team of doctors who worked so hard to keep her with us. We will be forever grateful for all the special care she received.

Thank you, Jodie, for everything you have done for your Meegie and family.  We treasure you in our lives.

Cremation has taken place.  A celebration of Megan’s life will be held in the summer of 2022. Memorial donations to the Sault Area Hospital Renal Program would be appreciated by the family.
