1931-2023

On Friday May 19, 2023, with her daughters by her side, our mom slipped peacefully into the arms of her heavenly family who she missed very much … especially her parents Stanley and Gertrude Baxter.

She is the mother of 7 loving daughters, who will miss her very much: Lynn, Darlene (Ken), Joanne (Jane), Joyce (Gilles), Susan (George), Theresa (Paul) and Leona (Andre). Grandmother of 13 and great grandmother ‘GG Mom’ of 25.

Our Mom was the most talented and smartest person anyone would be proud to know. She was a beautiful knitter, sewer, crocheter, baker and we were all very lucky to have her teach us all she had learned. We will miss her so much.

We would like to thank the nurses that helped us at the Sault Area Hospital 3C to make Mom's last day as comfortable as possible and really appreciated how comforting they were for us as each hour passed by. We are now blessed in knowing she is no longer suffering, and she can now be free to hear and see and have no more pain.

At this time, cremation has taken place and a private family gathering will take place at a later date.

Memorial donations may be made to the CNIB (Canadian National Institute for the Blind) by cheque or to https://cnib.donorportal.ca/Donation

Visit www.osullivanfuneralhome.com. to leave condolences for the family. Arrangements entrusted to O’Sullivan Funeral Home and Cremation Centre, 215 St. James St, 705-759-8456.
