With shattered hearts we say goodbye to a man larger than life. Unexpectedly on Thursday, November 14, 2019 the world lost the best husband, father, grandfather, brother and friend to many. Peacefully in his own garage, Dominic left this world to be with his beloved parents and friends. He will be infinitely missed by his beloved wife of 41 years Anna and will forever be remembered by his children Carmen (Laurie), Maryann Cavaliere (Sonny Gioia), and Diana Grandinetti (Adrian). His grandchildren, Dominic and Nicholas Cavaliere and Abby and Jake Grandinetti will forever hold him in their memories. His siblings lived in the joy of his presence and will always remember him for his laugh, his generosity and his kind heart, Lena Porco (Frank), Matthew Cavaliere (Anna), and Franca Porco (Dan). He would say “do not cry but have a glass of wine”, so in his honour on Tuesday, November 19, 2019 at the Machine Shop we will do just that. Family and friends are welcome from 5:30 p.m. until 8:30 p.m. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made by cheque only to St. Vincent Place where Dominic would frequently donate his extra vegetables for a good cause.
