Family and friends are invited to celebrate the life of Karen Anne Carnahan on Saturday, June 1, 2019. She will be laid to rest at Hillside Cemetery in Blind River at 11am. Her family will then host a luncheon and gathering at the Senior Centre, 11 Michigan Avenue in Blind River, from 1pm until 3pm. Everyone is welcome to attend the interment and the celebration of life.
With heavy hearts we share the news that Karen Anne Carnahan, daughter of Raymond and Delores Kuiack of Pembroke passed away unexpectedly on the afternoon of Thursday, January 24, 2019 in Blind River during a courageous battle against cancer at the age of 64. Karen will be deeply missed by many friends and family in Blind River, the entire Ottawa Valley, Prince Edward County and beyond. Left to mourn is her beloved husband Wayne, her daughters Lisa Scheltema (Terence) and Crystal Middaugh (Colin), along with her much adored Grandchildren Cameron, Caelynn, Chase, Adelyne and Rihanna. In addition, she is also survived by her younger siblings Marybeth, Kevin, Raydean, Rhonda and their families. She was part of a very large and loving family that included many cousins, aunts, uncles and she will be forever missed by all.
