It is with profound sadness that the family of Greer Campbell announces her passing peacefully at home in the presence of her children, on Tuesday, April 6, 2021.
Youngest child of the late Francis and Fanny Conlon. The best mother to Bonnie (John), Sean (Rachel), Joseph (Shawna) and Dennis (Wendy). Sister of the late Frank Conlon, late Noreen DiPaulo (late Louis), late Carol Pagan (Ron) and late Marjorie Conlon. Former spouse of the late John Campbell. Beloved daughter-in-law of the late Frank and Dorothy Campbell of St. Joseph Island. Sister-in-law of Harold Campbell (Lynn) and David Campbell (Pat). Special mother to Kim McGinley (Bill) of Toronto, and Michelle Hauser (Mark) of Napanee. Greer will also be greatly missed by her grandchildren Adam (Amanda), Bryan (Mackenzie), Mitchell, Nicholas (Chantale), Matthew, Kylie, Zoey and Shelby and her great grandchildren Everett and Evie, as well as her many nieces, nephews and special friends in the community. Amongst her many accomplishments in life, our mother was most proud of her faith in God and her ability to raise four children within the love and framework of her extended family and her faith. She was a true angel. We would like to give thanks to Dr. Albert Beller and the staff of Matthews Memorial for their care during these trying times. The children would also like to give special thanks to Auntie Pat for being the best blessing and lifelong companion in support of our mother throughout her life. A family service will be held at Mountain Maple Grove Cemetery. Mr. David Campbell officiating. Memorial contributions to NSHN Richards Landing Matthews Site would be appreciated.
