Peacefully at Algoma Residential Community Hospice with her family by her side on Friday, February 2, 2018 at the age of 76. Beloved daughter of the late Peter and Mildred Smith. Cherished mother of James (Mona), John (Amanda) and Altina Burns. Proud gramma of Allan (Desire), Christiane, Kavan, Reece and Silas. Great grandmother of many. Dear sister of Ruth Carter and the late Betty Berndt. Gladys will be sadly missed by her nieces and nephews and by Buffy and Cooper. A private celebration of life will take place later this spring.
