Peacefully at the Algoma Residential Community Hospice, with his wife by his side on Monday, January 4, 2021 at the age of 76. Beloved husband of nearly 50 years to Mary Ellen. Loving father of Michelle Burke of New Zealand, Nicole Burke (Steven Cole) of Vancouver and Captain Heather Pay (Major Scott). Proud Grandpa of George and Lucy Pay. Dear brother of Patrick Burke (late Cecile). Brother in law of Harriet Rose (Ken), Debbie Corbett (late Gail) and Donald Corbett (late Jayne). Phillip will be sadly missed by his nieces and nephews, Bridget Burke (Randy Swanson), the late Alynn Burke, David Rose and the late Butch Rose. Loving great uncle to Hope Swanson.
