BUCKLEY, Rhonda Lynn (nee Morton)

Rhonda passed away at home, surrounded by the love of her family, on Friday, October 8, 2021. There was nothing more important to Rhonda than her family and her final wish was to be with them at home when she passed. 
 
Beloved wife and best friend of Michael for 46 years. Loving and supportive mother of Mark (Amanda), Dan (Melody), and Erin. Proud grandmother of Cooper, Hunter, Hillary, and Langdon. Greatly missed by her furbaby Winnie.
 
Rhonda is survived by her parents John and Noreen Morton and her siblings David, Penny, Jeff (Carol), and Ken (Lori). Rhonda is predeceased by her father-in-law and mother-in-law Jim and Norma Buckley and her brother-in-law Patrick Buckley. Rhonda was lucky to also have a large and close-knit extended family and will be sorely missed by her many nieces, nephews, aunt, and cousins.
 
The family would like to thank Dr. Karen Booth and Dr. Megan Culina, as well as Nina, Cindy, and Christine from Bayshore Home Health for the compassion, support, and excellent care.
 
In keeping with Rhonda’s wishes, a celebration of her life will be organized at a later date at her favourite place, the family cottage on St. Joseph Island. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to ARCH or the SAH Foundation would be greatly appreciated by the family.
