Passed away peacefully at Algoma Residential Community Hospice on Friday, March 5, 2021 at the age of 92.
Beloved wife of the late Jerry Brydges. Loving mother of Linda Smith-Bertolo (Victor), Kathy Shier-Burke (Tom), Andrew Brydges (Marilyn) and Allyson Neal (Shawne). Dear Nana of Gregory Shier (Dedra); Great-Grandmother of Micheal, Maddison and Lauren. Special Nana to Alicen and Ashley. Special friend to Cora. Grandmother of the fur babies. Predeceased by her sisters and brothers Ethel, Harold, Jean, and Alvin. Fondly remembered by her nieces Pat, Joan, and Judy; and many Great-Nieces and Great-Nephews. Following Joyce's wishes, cremation has taken place.
A celebration of her life will be held at a later date. Inurnment at Sands Cemetery in the spring. Special thank you to the Staff of the Great Northern Retirement Home for their care and compassion over the years.
