Pearl Brooks (Brennan) passed away peacefully at the F.J. Davey Home on Friday, May 16th 2003, in her 90th year. Devoted wife of Fred for 66 years. Loving mother of Fred (Joanne) and Vincent (Bonney) of Ottawa. Cherished Nanny of Terri Nisbet (Gord), Susan Dane (Kevin), Greg Brooks (Donna) and Jeremy Brooks. Great grandmother of Alex and Mitchell Nisbet, Riley, Tarah and Erin Dane. Dear sister of Theresa Brennan, Veronica O'Brien (Harold), Len Brennan (late Diane), Thelma McFarling (late Ivan) and predeceased by Maureen McFarling (Bill), Bessie, Oliver and Tim. Sister-in-law of Dorothy Porter (late Bob), Iona Celetti (John), Milly Routledge (late Mervyn), Dora Falco (late Sam), late Ruby Hewitt (Eric). Predeceased by Jim, Eva, Loretta, Mamie, Ernie and Mervyn. She will be fondly remembered by many nieces and nephews. Friends may call at the Arthur Funeral Home & Cremation Centre on Thursday, May 22nd from 9:30 am until 11:30 am, with mass to follow at Our Lady of Good Counsel Church at 12:00 p.m. with Rev. Roy McParland officiating. Interment at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. Memorial contributions to Our Lady of Good Counsel Church or to the F.J. Davey Home would be appreciated by the family.
