Passed away peacefully with family by her side on October 28, 2017 at the North Shore Health Network in Blind River at the age of 64. Marie is survived by her husband Larry of 45 years, her son Jason (Nancy), and grandson Marek. She is predeceased by infant daughter Sherry Marie.
Marie was an outgoing person who loved to volunteer in the community. She cared for children for many years and treasured every moment.
The family would like to thank the nursing staff at the NSHN, Blind River and the many friends who supported Marie and her family during her illness.
Cremation has taken place. A celebration of Marie’s life will take place on December 9, 2017 at 2pm at the St. Andrews United Church in Blind River, ON.
