It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved sister, wife, mother and grandmother, Tommasina, on Wednesday, August 3, 2022 at the age of 96. Although we would have done anything to keep her with us a little longer, we will always treasure the time we spent together.
Tomassina shared 68 years of marriage with her loving husband, Giovanni Bernardo, and was the proud mother of Angelo Bernardo, Oscar Bernardo, and Beverly Bernardo. She will be deeply missed by her grandchildren Cameron, Charlotte, Julia and Samantha. Born on September 23, 1925 in Italy, Tommasina was the cherished daughter of the late Antonio and the late Maddalena (Venna) Carlucci. Devoted sister of Arturo Carlucci, Adele Caputo (Carlucci), and Settimio Carlucci.
Friends and family are invited to visit at Northwood Funeral Home Cremation and Reception Centre (942 Great Northern Rd, 705-945-7758) on Friday, August 12, 2022 from 10:00 a.m. until the time of the Funeral Service in the chapel at 12:00 noon.
