We regret to announce the passing of Cecile on April 11, 2019 in her 79th year. Daughter of the late Omer & Yvonne Belair. Lovingly remembered by her sisters, Yvette Belair (Garth), Helene Ferguson (Larry) and the late Normand Belair. She will be missed by her nieces and nephews, Nicole & Marc Tournier (Jen), Lisa Ferguson (Richard), her great niece, Chantale Tournier (Jonathan), her great nephew, Jesse Benvegnu and her great great niece and nephew, McKinnly & Mason (the twins). She will be greatly missed by her close friends. The family would like to thank the staff at the F.J. Davey Home on 3 Cedar for their care and compassion as well as the doctors. A Celebration of Life will take place on Wednesday April 17, 2019 from 11:30 a.m. -1:30 p.m. at O'Sullivan Funeral Home (corner of Cathcart and St. James St) with a Memorial Service to follow in O'Sullivan Funeral Home Chapel at 1:30 p.m. Father Jean Pierre Mukuna officiating. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society or the Alzheimer's Society.
