Alwyn Keith Bayles passed away peacefully at the Van Daele Manor on Thursday, March 14, 2002. He was 88 years old. Beloved husband of over 61 years to Gladys. Dear father of Rosemary Hamilton, Keith (Cheryl) and Bruce. Alwyn is predeceased by his parents Edward and Susanna Bayles and by his brothers Russell, Reginald and Edward and by his sister Gladys. Brother in law of Kay Brodie, Jack Finlayson, Ted Finlayson and the late Alex Finlayson. Alwyn will be remembered by many nieces and nephews. Friends may call at the Arthur Funeral Home on Sunday, March 17 from 6:00 -9:00 pm. Funeral service from Westminster Presbyterian Church on Monday, March 18 at 11am with Dr. James Gordon officiating. Interment at Greenwood Cemetery at a later date. Memorial contributions to Westminster Presbyterian Church or to CNIB would be appreciated by the family.
