BAIN, Lorne Richard

Peacefully at home on Tuesday, March 23, 2004 at the age of 88 years. Dear father of Marion Bailey (Delmar). Predeceased by his beloved wife Edna and sons Gordon (Lisette), Robert and Leonard (Beverly). Dear grandfather of Andrew Bailey, James Bailey (Shelly), Jody Bailey (Cathy), Sandra Findlay (Bruce), Debbie Graham (Bruce), Richard Bain (Nancy), Donna Smith (Blair), Leanne Majia (Alex), Cindy Haas (Mark) and Larry Bain (Annette). Great grandfather of eighteen. Also survived by brother Wallace, sisters Nellie Gleason, Clarissa Krabsen, Ida Crocker and Gladys Beggs (Ray). Predeceased by parents Christopher and Ellen Bain and brother Clarence Bain. Lovingly remembered by many nieces and nephews. His love of sports followed him to the last days of his life and Saturday mornings at 9:10 was Lou Turco time. At Lorne’s request a family service will be held on Friday, March 26th at the O’Sullivan Donnelly Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers donations to the Odd Fellows/ Rebekah Hall or the charity of your choice would be appreciated by the family.
