Passed away peacefully on Tuesday, January 10, 2017 at the Extendicare Maple View at the age of 62. Born August 28, 1954 in Sault St. Marie, Ontario. Beloved daughter of Shirley Bouchard and the late Fran Bouchard. Loving mother of Gary (Jamie). Cherished grandmother of Nena. Brother of Donnie Bouchard and Art Bouchard (Trudy). Also survived by many nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews. Friends and family are invited to visit at the Arthur Funeral Home & Cremation Centre on Thursday, January 12, 2017 from 5 pm until 8 pm. Memorial Service in the chapel on Friday, January 13, 2017 at 11 am. Memorial contributions to the Alzheimer Society would be appreciated.
