Edith Atkinson passed away at the General Hospital on Saturday, December 15, 2001 at the age of 83 years. Beloved wife of Thomas Atkinson. Fondly remembered by many nieces and nephews. Edith was a long-time employee of Broughton's Pharmacy and The Prescription Centre. Friends may call at the Northwood Funeral Home (942 Great Northern Road, 945-7758) on Tuesday evening from 7:00 to 8:00. A private family funeral service will follow. Cremation. Memorial donations made to the Sault Area Hospitals (Renal Unit) would be appreciated by the family. Special thanks to the caring nurses of 100Y and to Shirley and the Renal staff.
