Dean passed away peacefully on the evening of December 29, 2012 in his 90th year. Beloved husband of Thelma (nee Lawrence) for 58 years. Devoted father of Robert (Terry), Bruce (Suzanne), Kerry Goodmurphy (Bruce) and Kevin. Dear Grampa to Crystal, Tanya, Shawna, Jessica, Jeff, Greg, Ben and Shannon. Great Grandpa of Freya, Daracha and Amelia. Brother of the late Nora, Bill, Glen, Goldie, Ivy and Ray. Special uncle to many nieces and nephews. Friends and family may call at Beggs Funeral Home in Thessalon on Wednesday, January 2, 2013 from 2 to 4 pm and 7 to 9 pm. Funeral service will be at the Zion United Church at 11:00 am on Thursday, January 3, 2013. Spring interment in Maple Ridge Cemetery.
