Peacefully with family by his side, went to be with the Lord on January 18, 2004 at the age of 85 years. Loving husband of Ailene (Farmer). Beloved father of Rose Meeks, Norman (Brenda) and Joy MacDonald. Grandfather of Pauline, Ross, Megan, Alex, Evan, Jesse, Nathan and Luke. Great grandfather of Andrew and Andrea. Brother of Margaret. Friends may call at the Arthur Funeral Home and Cremation Centre on Wednesday, January 21, 2004 from 6-9 pm. Funeral service in the chapel on Thursday, January 22, 2004 at 1 pm with Rev. Ken Burton officiating. Interment Greenwood Cemetery. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions can be made to the Gideon’s International Canada or to the Canadian Sunday School Mission.
