VANCOUVER — The Vancouver Canucks recalled goaltender Zane McIntyre from the American Hockey League's Utica Comets on Monday.
McIntyre, 27, has played two games with Utica this season, posting a .903 save percentage and 2.92 goals-against average.
McIntyre had a .898 save percentage and a 2.59 GAA along with two shutouts in 46 games last season with the Providence Bruins of the AHL. The Grand Forks, N.D., native has appeared in eight career NHL games with Boston.
He signed as a free agent with the Canucks on July 1, 2019.
Vancouver hosts the Detroit Red Wings on Tuesday.
