Who wants free Christmas tree mulch?

Gardeners and landscapers in the Sault Ste Marie area may be interested in this upcoming Clean North event.

Mulch made from the Christmas trees collected and chipped up last January, will be available to the public, free by donation. Please bring your own containers and our volunteers will help you fill and load.

So come out this Saturday, May 26 between 9 a.m. and 12 noon next to the George Leach Centre at Algoma University located at 1520 Queen Street East, in Sault Ste Marie, Ontario.

Also available for purchase will be rain barrels, bat houses, coir blocks and a limited supply of three-year-old conifer tree seedlings.
