Passionate about creating positive change in our community? Superior Adult Learning (formerly “Program Read”), is seeking volunteers who are interested in serving on our board of directors.

Superior Adult Learning helps adult learners develop and apply communication, numeracy, interpersonal and digital skills to increase their independence and successfully pursue employment and education goals.

We are a non-profit organization, governed by a volunteer Board of Directors and supported by paid staff and volunteer tutors. Our board currently meets five times per year, including our Annual General Meeting.

After more than 30 years of service, Superior Adult Learning is refreshing our services. While we will still be providing the one-on-one support that we are known for, we are also exploring new opportunities to deliver services to learners. This is an exciting time to join our team and to help us chart our new course!
