St. Vincent Place is pleased to be able to again offer its Lunches for Learning program, which helps ensure that no local children have to go hungry at school.

Parents and guardians of school-age children are eligible to receive weekly packages of school-safe lunch foods that will allow them to send their child to school with a lunch every day. The packages will contain such foods as granola bars, yogurts, sandwich bread, cheese strings, fresh fruit and vegetables, and juice boxes.

This year, all packages will be delivered to registered families every Friday. The first deliveries of this school year will be on Sept. 10.

To register for Lunches for Learning, or for more information, parents and guardians can contact Sara by messaging the St. Vincent Place Facebook page, emailing [email protected], or calling 705-253-2770 ext. 4.

If you’d like to support Lunches for Learning, we are happy to receive donations of the items listed above, or you can make a financial donation on our website.
