Peace 'thrilled' to join Helping Hands board

Robert is a dedicated humanitarian and change-maker, said Helping Hands President Wendy Gutcher.

Former mayoral candidate and Polaris Productions President Robert Peace is joining the board of directors at Helping Hands, a local charitable organization about to celebrate 10 years in the city.

“I am thrilled to be joining Helping Hands and working alongside such a passionate and dedicated group of individuals," Peace said in a news release. "Our community is facing many challenges, but I believe that with compassion, determination and hard work, we can make a real difference.

“My love for this community runs deep, and I am committed to using my skills and experience to help those who are struggling. Together, we can create a brighter future for all residents of Sault Ste. Marie."
