Northern Ontario Housing Expo is coming to the Quattro Hotel

NORTHERN ONTARIO HOUSING EXPO

The Northern Ontario Housing Expo (‘NOHE’) is presently in its third year, showcasing a variety of vendor products and services related to the housing market.

We are excited to bring the NOHE to Sault Ste. Marie region for its inaugural year. The expo will be held at the Quattro Hotel in Sault Ste Marie on June 16, 2018 from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

We encourage all residents to come out on June 16 from 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. Admission is free. Prizes and give-aways will be awarded throughout the day.

The keynote address will be presented by Karen Bird, Investment Advisor and a special guest to be announced soon. Both speakers will share their views on the current and future climate of the housing market.

About the NOHE

The NOHE is an annual housing exposition that is focused on education, promotion, empowerment and to inspire change within the housing market. The NOHE expo consists of 3 components:

Tradeshow Exposition component featuring approximately 30 exhibitors providing information on issues such as home purchase assistance, financial literacy, new affordable housing developments, energy efficient products, decoration and remodeling ideas, home improvement, apartment rentals, home insurance, assisted living for seniors plus more.

Social and business networking component allows for business professionals to check out their competition and community networking.

Lastly, Educational breakout sessions will be held throughout the day. Classes will be taught by industry professionals covering a wide range of topics related to the housing market. Classes are informative, interactive and free.
