Northern Credit Union takes home five awards

Northern took home a total of five honours for its marketing and communications efforts

Northern Credit Union (Northern) was a big winner at this year’s Achievement in Marketing Excellence (AIME) Awards presented at the 2018 National Conference for Canada’s Credit Unions in Toronto last night. Northern took home a total of five honours for its marketing and communications efforts.

Northern won in the category for Outstanding Creative for its 2017 Brand Campaign, Financial Literacy Program, Brand Billboards and 30-second RSP Campaign radio spot. The credit union also won another AIME in the Winning Results category—Digital Campaign.

“It was another great year for Northern Credit Union and its members,” says Tony Dunham, SVP Strategy, Innovation and Operations for Northern Credit Union. “Winning these awards is further proof of our credit union’s commitment to delivering unique and innovative products and services to our membership, along with the unique Northern brand that we’ve been building throughout the years.”

Northern’s marketing partner, Lucidia|Solution Partners, was also excited to be recognized for its efforts.

“For the past several years, we’ve teamed up with Northern to develop unique programs to help communicate its distinctive products and member-focused approach,” says JR Pierman, President, Lucidia. “We’re excited to see Northern be rewarded for great creative and communications work again this year.”
