North Branch Library to host chess club evening events

Do you like to play chess or have you always wanted to learn? Whether a beginner or an enthusiast, you are invited to join the chess club at the North Branch Public Library - 232 C Northern Ave. E.

This free event is a partnership between the Sault Ste. Marie Public Library and the Twin City Chess Club and will take place every Tuesday evening from 5 p.m.-7:30 p.m. and will run from Sept. 6, 2022, until Dec. 22, 2022. The Chess Club is for all ages and abilities. Participants can meet in program room A to challenge yourself and other players.

Make it your “next move” to be a part of the chess club!

This is a drop-in evening event and registration is not required.
